I encourage you to flip through the full color guide book. This book has been skillfully written to explain to you WHY and HOW the program works. Understanding why it’s better to not snack is going to help you on Day 1 when you are still tempted to reach for a treat or two.
Knowing why taste, quantity, frequency and quality matter will guide you to make wise meal time decisions.
STEP 3: PLAN FOR SUCCESS
Expect great results. Take a look at that journal. Fill out those pages that ask you to measure yourself. These measurements will be encouraging! .

I like to snack! How does one survive?!
You are not alone. Snacking is a habit that has been drilled into us for years. Trust the research that has been done. Trust the results that have been found over and over.
